IMPORTANT MESSAGE: An outstanding balance that results in a hold on the students record must be paid in full in order to participate in any registration activites.
Therefore, all balances must be paid 24 hrs before you try to access the registration system and/or request an official transcript.

Students, who are blocked from registration due to an outstanding balance, may submit a written appeal detailing their extenuating circumstances. The appeal must include the prospects for meeting their obligation by the end of the currently enrolled term.
